I had a bad anxiety attackthis afternoon and it got so bad I got shakey and actually started to get hot flashes and sweaty...I'm way over the time for hot flashes. Has anyone ever had this with anxiety attacks?

A.,
Sorry you are having a rough day!
To answer you question. ..
...oh yes...hot then cold and shivering...then back to hot and sweaty...
Like a broken thermostat. :/
Hope you start feeling better soon!

Thanks SC....you're always so knowledgeable. I thought I might be having a heart attack.
