first STOP with the dr.google. sadly a lot of us here have done it. we freak out and think we have everything. do some deep breathing exercises. see resources thread. some guided meditation is good. have you discussed this with your therapist? he/she will give you some skills to help you. finding a coping skill is good. deviate that mind. as SC rightly says,over 90% of our fears don't happen. relax your mind. breathe in through the nose, hold for 5 seconds, breathe out and count till ten. really let that breath out. and breathe in deeply, as one member, who put this on the forum, can't remember who, but breathe from your gut. healing thoughts to you
