Lol 1039 smooth!! Xanax the happy pil;) But going with a more natural approach to cope with anxiety - take a walk in nature, read, write, take a hot bubble bath, exercise, yoga, nap, cuddle, listen to self help videos, play candy crush, aromatherapy, give myself a mani and pedi, have a glass of wine with a dear friend, cuddle your pets. Those are some of my favorite ways. I do want to learn to knit as I've heard that can be helpful too.
