In an earlier post I made today, I mentioned briefly I'm trying herbal supplements for my anxiety/panic I've been having since May of last year.
My thoughts/experience on L-Theanine (tried first time today)
- I noticed I'm much more focused/alert/able to concentrate an hour - two after taking it
- I did become more calm (maybe it's placebo, who knows!)
- The feeling of nausea I had in the morning prior to taking L-Theanine decreased
**One capsule for me came in 225 mg. I took one at around 11:00 am and I took another one at 5:00 pm**
I also take Omega 3 calm (3 - 4 times a day) as bottle recommended.
If anyone else has any other thoughts/experience, I would love to hear!
