freaking out again... advice please

Hello everyone. I'm panicking now over cancer I'm off my whole brain tumor kick because the chrio helped so much and most of my head sensations and pressure is gone. But now since Friday I've been nauseous. Now I do have gallbladder issues but I haven't had an attack recently. Also having back pain . I am a month cold turkey off celexa as well could I still be having nausea from that ? Any advice ?

First of all Breathe, In with the nose to count of 4 out with the mouth to count of 5. Do it a few times please. Secondly no I doubt you are still having withdraw symptoms after a month. If you are not feeling better by morning, call your GP and see if they can get you in. However, know that anxiety can cause nausea, also when I have bad anxiety my back hurts worse then it normally does. Do the breathing exercise and try to calm yourself. I hope you are feeling better soon.

Great advice above...

...all I can add is, did you eat something recently that could have triggered a gb attack?

Anything fried or greasy?

I often get nauseous with anxiety...but two days does seem prolonged. (without any other obvious symptoms of stomach 'flu' or food posioning...)

I second that you might want to call your doctor just for good measure tomorrow.

(but I hope you are feeling better tonight!)

Ty both for your replies. I did eat some greasy food on Friday and sat but I had no pain .

I hope you are feeling a bit better today?

Anxiety can cause all sorts of symptoms both physical and mental so work at reducing your anxiety by self help and you may find some of your symptoms disappear.

How long were you on the Celexa?

Hello I am feeling better today I was on the celexa for 2 months . Also can it affect your menstrual cycle ?

SSRI's, no...I don't believe so...

Anxiety? Definitely. I had a amenorrhea for the better part of 3 years when my anxiety was at its worst. (compounded by weight loss, but yeah...anxiety induced loss of menses.)

However, if it is possible you may be pregnant, make an appointment a.s.a.p with your OBGYN.

I didn't know if going off the celexa could affect it when I was on it I kept getting earlier and earlier each month I'm normally not due until the 5th but I had it last month on the 28th I know stress can affect I've lost a few during really stressful times . I might grab a pregnancy test to be sure
