{{{{Hugs}}}} I'm sorry you are feeling down, but don't beat yourself up. How about setting a timer for 30 minutes and in that time do some cleaning or whatever it is you need to get done. Then when the timer goes off take a break, watch a meditation video or do some breathing techniques, or simply lay on the sofa and veg out for 15 minutes, then set the timer again for 30 minutes and do it all over again. This way you know you only have to clean/homework for 30 minutes and you don't get so over whelmed at the thought of doing it all at once.
I hope you feel better soon. Don't beat yourself up, you haven't failed, you have anxiety and that is real, you'll get it done. :)
