Almost there

I've been taking everyone's advice and just try to relax. I know I can do this, last night was rough though, I could calm down, my mind was racing, my muscles in my stomach and back aches, I've just been through a bad week but I know it'll get better. Still nervous about surgery Friday but I'm a tough chick and will get through it. I took half a clonopan when I couldn't fall asleep by 3 am. Thanks to you guys for your support.

Great work, fighting your anxiety. You are a tough chick for sure and you will be just fine. Prayers for friday, but you are going to get thru it like the super star you are.

Prayers for you for your surgery Friday! You do sound like a tough girl and I know you will do well. I am having a small procedure done tomorrow and am having trouble going to bed tonight. I think it's pretty normal for everyone to be anxious before things are done to us. I have surgery coming up in around 6 weeks and wouldn't be surprised if I needed to take meds to sleep before it. I hope whatever is being done will help you feel better and that recovery is quick!! Cindy
