Chest Pains( Right Side)

Really trying to ignore this told my mom she a nurse she said it is alright, but it hasn't went away burning like chest pain that makes me cough a little and feeling of difficulties of breathing should mention I've a abscess on my gum on right side of mouth where I was told was on my nerve and poison that runs through blood stream from it. And I need to have removed as soon as possible uggh I know no one here is a doctor, just don't want to be in no er have work in am don't know what to do. Not a anxiety /panic attack calm and fine just the pain and it is there when I breathe in and then out, I just want a day without the health problems and pains and aches.
