My first post, which I find scary...what a surprise.
I had a procedure done at noon today and afterward felt dizzy and nauseated. They weren't concerned, so Hubby and I headed home. I thought I might be hungry since I would normally have eaten by that time. We stopped for lunch after which I realized I was having a true panic attack - ugh! It wasn't until we were almost home that it dawned on me...I had caffeine in the form of a Diet Coke at the surgery center, and tea at lunch. I normally don't drink soda and drink decaf tea, so it snuck up on me. Some breathing and relaxing during the rest of the day (and distraction watching a movie) and I am feeling better tonight, although I still have a headache which is probably from the caffeine and tension. Anyway, I thought I would post this in case the information was helpful to anyone else. Sometimes we forget the simple things - especially on a stressful day!
