Starting bupropion HCL ER tomorrow

Hi everyone. Sorry I haven't posted in a while, was trying to stay busy and not dwell on my anxiety and depression but, seems I need a little extra help with a new medicine added to the already long list of meds I already take.

I'm tired of feeling the way I do, so I'm biting the bullet and starting 150 my of Bupropion HCL ER (Wellbutrin) tomorrow morning.

I need some support to get me through...I'm scared and nervous to take it, but I'm going to take it anyway because I won't know unless I try!

My healing well family always makes me feel better.

Some words of encouragement please!!

Welcome Back sylknmyst, You are going to rock this like a rock star. You have a positive attitude and that is the first step. I know it is scary to start a new AD I'm on the 4th one in less then a year, but you got this. Keep posting and we will cheer you along your journey. Remember to use your coping skills during the first couple of weeks to get your thru any side effects you may have.

I have heard.good things about Wellbutrin as an add-on...so I think you are likely to have positive results!

Have things been pretty good for you in general? Hope so.:)

Thank you for your encouraging words!

Well, I did what I said I was going to...I took my first Wellbutrin this morning. I know it's only day 1, but so far so good. If I didn't know better, I wouldn't even think I took one!! I'm so used to taking 1 pill and feeling side effects soon after. I'm hoping this is a good sign of GOOD things to come!

Day 2 on the Wellbutrin and no side effects, unless fatigue is one when starting this medication?

So far so good!!!
