Hello everybody, I have been feeling off today. I have found it hard to concentrate, restless and irritable. I just have these awful feeling of hopelessness and my muscles are tense. I have tried Ativan, breathing and PMR exercises, but I can't seem to shake it off. It started when I woke up, I was find for an 1 hr, then I started feeling my mind with a lot of things to do and worries and I just have a mental fog. I also had a short lasting panic attack. Anybody have some helpful advice?
