I am making progress on my anxiety, OCD and depression which is great and keep making small steps every day and I am happy with how I am doing but still have a long way to go to get back to where I was before I had this set back. I have been using the rubber band technique to help beat my obsessive thoughts which seems to be helping, basically what you do is put a rubber band round your wrist and every time you get an obsessive thought you flick the rubber band against your skin and say to yourself that's just my OCD and it helps the thought go away and re trains your brain thought processes.
Unfortunately I am in a lot of pain again from my back and ribs which seems to be getting worse again I have some acupuncture arranged for next week and also have an appointment with the Pain Clinic so hoping they can give me some stronger pain relief and muscle relaxers as my back keeps going into spasm.
