I am sorry you are not feeling well.:(
The good news is that you have had a good period of feeling well...and you can get back there again!
Use your coping skills, and repeat a positive mantra such as:
"I am okay, this is a temporary anxiety spike that I can get through like I have before."
This is just a small detour I am sure. Spend some time breathing, meditating, doing exercises like PMR...and get in a workout once you feel stable. Journal, pray...whatever skills help you the most.
You can get through this!
