I just wanted to check in and tell everyone I hope they're doing well. I am still doing really well thanks to all of you here for taking time to listen and give me advice. I am 90% back to no anxiety or depression. It can be done and i am praying for all of you. The links you provided here are great. I used mindful meditation and positive affirmations quite a bit. Hope you Have a anxiety free night!!
