Heart Palpitation Question

Hi everyone hope everyone is doing well this morning. Got a question far y'all. When you have heart pulpulations how often do you have them one a day? One every 15 min. I think what I'm asking is how often do you have one. Sometimes It might be one a day maybe. But last night I felt like I was having them more but lighter than normal. Not as strong. Or could it be just in my head. Thanks for any information.

Hi PB,

I think it is an individual experience for everyone, and therefore the numbers differ.

If I am having a particularly bad run of them...I may get one every few beats for a spell...especially if I have just eaten too much, or something that affects my stomach.

Other times I have none that I am aware of for long periods of time.

I have heard reports of people's holter monitors where some have hundreds in a day...but are still considered benign.

One of my doctors once told me that most everyone gets them, but not all people feel/register them...

Last night when you had more than your ususal, had you just eaten a large or spicy/heavy meal? This can certainly do it!

Thanks I had eating some spicy food today I have not had one that I could tell
