Can not handle the heart palpitations!!!

hi it's me again:( quick summary of my last post. Been having heart palpitations for 1 year now. I can hear my heart bearing and thumping hard in my ear. It's driving me nuts. I not panicking when it starts so I don't know what is triggering this. Been to the dr.many many times and to emerg. I have done blood test, ecg's , stress test twice, more heart monitors 3 times , did an ultrasound on my heart. X-rays and everything is good. However it doesn't explain why I hear the thumping in my ears and it's fast and loud. It's driving me crazy. I don't know what else to do. I keep thinking they are missing something when they tested me. I'm not convinced my heart is ok.also had tyroid checked and it's good.

Do you see a therapist and med nurse? Do you take anxiety meds? I get low dose ativan for when I feel panic coming on.

Palpitations are totally normal, everyone gets them. Some people can feel them though and it is hard to ignore them. I'm sorry you are feeling them, but they will not hurt you, they are not dangerous.
