I agree with Hibee, that 2 sessions of CBT is really not enough, I'm glad to see that you are you going to try to get back in, and continue with the CBT therapy. I understand you not wanting to take any meds, but I do recommend maybe a benzo for the times when your in panic, talk to your doctor about
your options.
Please check out the resources (I'll post the link for you), there is alot of self help material there. I also recommend mindfulness, it really does work and helps bring you back to the here and now.
