Two words. No sleep.

This hasn't happened, like ever. I had a wicked case of insomnia last spring/summer, but I could at least fall asleep. Couldn't do that last night. Every time I fell asleep, I would jolt awake. I am praying that I can get to sleep tonight and this was just a fluke.

Woke up feeling pretty on edge but that has mostly subsided. Today's looking to be a pretty chilled out day.

Hello Everyone, Hope everyone is having an anxiety free day.

It's going to be around 83 degrees here today, so I'm going to sit my fat butt in front of my fan all day, lol. I might venture out for a little and go to the grocery store although I'm not sure. I really don't like it over 70 degree, I get too hot to fast and start sweating like no other and it isn't a pretty sight.


I wish more people would use the daily check in, it's such a great idea!! Come on Peeps, check in!!!

I went for a drive with my husband and my dog Jake. We had a break in the rain & flooding, so we wanted to see a couple of the local lakes. It was nice to get out for a bit.

It looks like we are going to be tornado free today too, so that is great. Hubs is grilling us some pork steaks for lunch, and that is great too.

Hope everyone else is doing well today.

Annoyed today, Totally Bored out of my mind and nothing to do. My oldest son is out fishing with some VETS for the day, it's a free river trip that he got invited too, but that means no thrift stores today. :(

Just woke up only slept 5 hours, woke up with chest pain which brought bad anxiety, I will try some yoga to relax and then fall a sleep, looks like it will rain today, but I am still going to try to get 5 kms of walking somehow to clear my mind..
