winter!!! no more needs to be said. hi guys. i am keeping busy. done a lot of paperwork, made some appts. trying to decompress from the usual dramas. had an early night, deb is car booting. got a few hours, woke up, had a feed and will go back. watching a bit of the giro. waiting the big one. le tour de france. later guys.

Had a pretty good day today. Not been caught up in my head much, and no panic attacks. Managed to get out for a while too, went to see my uncle for a couple of hours.
