Firstly, I'm sorry that you're having such a stressful time right now. You've found a good place full of people who will help you get back to a nice healthy frame of mind.
Please check out the resources available. The link is at the top of the page, there should be some helpful information regarding health anxiety in there (I would directly link for you but I'm posting from a mobile device which makes it quite difficult).
Health Anxiety is my main problem really. When I have my bad days, I'm constantly in my head trying to think why I'm feeling this sensation or why I'm not feeling hungry. When I had my first panic attack, it was because I had a migraine, which I'd never had before, and it freaked me out (it was one of those horrible ones where you partially lose sight/have weird patterns in your vision). From then on, I was constantly fearing I was going to die at any moment.
That will be 2 years ago this summer. I had a course of CBT and SSRI's that had me feeling good again by January/February last year, and most of 2014 was panic free for me. I had a relapse in October, partly I think for coming off the tablets too soon.
The best thing I can advise you to do is, and it sounds strange, but try not to fight the horrible feelings, they cannot cause you serious harm, it just makes them stronger. Let them be, and speak to your doctor about getting some kind of therapy. They may also be able to prescribe you something to help calm you down.
I hope this helps you on your way to recovery.
