already started!!!! bugger. hi hibee. been doing lots of little jobs. been to the chemist, sent some e-mails, paid the gardener blah blah. good week to ya my friends.

I am focusing on the positive this week. I don't have any doctors appointments, so I don't have to stress about driving anywhere or sitting in loud waiting rooms. Why do they keep the TV so loud?!

Anyway, I hope everyone has a positive week.

Hi Everyone, Hope everyone is having an anxiety free Monday.

Went to group therapy this afternoon, have a dentist appt soon then home to cook dinner. Doing okay, have like 5 appts this week so busy week ahead.
