I used to. It wasn't anything particularly detailed, just a broad overview of how I'd been feeling that day and an average score of how anxious I'd felt (10 being full blown panic at least once).
It helped for a while, but it started to become detrimental to my recovery, dwelling on how I was feeling. It's not a bad idea though, if it helps you, go for it, I just wanted to share my experience.
