Hey everyone as you all know I'm always posting that I have migraines as well as horrible anxiety. Does anyone else have a correlation with migraines and anxiety?!? It's 5:42am here right now and a horrible, horrible migraine just woke me up the pain is unreal. I can't even think about eating so I took meds without eating it'll Probably hurt my stomach but at the point in more concerned about this pain!!!! I e had many CR scans and MRI tests etc and they find nothing wrong with my head. I've been to multiple ER trips because of them where they did more tests and nothing is ever found wrong. My parents get them now my 10 year old daughter does as well... So I am just prone to them I guess. But I am the only one awake right now and this pain is giving me horrible anxiety and I feel something is really wrong. This is so scary. Even though I've had tests done I still feel like something is wrong because it hurts so so so bad!! I'm so freaked out right now. When I'm awake by myself I get anxiety as it is but with this pain I'm like a nervous wreck!!! )':

I've recently started getting migraines, I've had one for 4 days now, and like you I am quite worried. I've tried tylenol, and advil, tried a combination of both and it just won't go away. It makes me very nauseated and almost dizzy, and my neck is bothering me terribly.

I don't know why mine all of the sudden started, my last menses is when I started getting terrible migraines, I had a few days relief and back again.

So my heart goes out to you, I am fixing to go to the ER about mine if it doesn't go away.

Hi Lacy, when i was a small boy i had many migraines, mine were caused by anxiety and stress but i do
remember them well, we didnt have much for pain back then BC powder or aspirin. After my Mother and
Father got a divorce the court sent me to live with my Grandparents. My headaches were gone in a few
weeks and have never come back. Peace

Lacey, hugs to you! I've had bad migraines since I was a child and sometimes the pain is so bad you wonder if it really is ok. So sorry you suffer with these, and yes the definately increase my anxiety- I try to remind myself that migraine can cause mood changes dizziness etc. doesn't make it feel better but helps just to know its a common part of migraines and doesn't mean anything else more dangerous is going on.

Again so sorry and hope it passes soon. Migraines suck.

Thanks everyone. It is now 12:45am and here I am watching the Kardashians because I can't sleep from the pain. I've taken 8 Excedrin today. 2 every 6 hours... And it has it gone away. My mother gets them too and my dad used to so I guess it's genetics. I've gotten them since I was a little girl as well and girl problems do not make it easier on anyone they get so bad! Of course I'm a nervous wreck because of the caffeine in the Excedrin I'm laying in bed and keep getting up because it's making me feel too anxious. It's upsetting my stomach too but it's the only thing that gives me ANY relief so what do you do!?! I have 3 kids that need me so I need to function. It's like one problem leads to another. Next my stomach will have ulcers from all the meds. I just do not feel good at all right now and Im such a nervous wreck I want to cry ),: it's way too late for this have to get up in a few hours!!!!! Ugh.
