Feels like golf ball in throat can't take deep breath

Hey everyone. It's midnight and im laying here physically and mentally exhausted. It's the weirdest feeling ever right now.. I'm sooo tired but can't sleep I'm yawning and everything it's like half of my body is completely tired and wants to sleep, but the other half is wide awake and anxious. I JUST literally got over a 3 day migraine today I think it's gone.. But the ONLY thing that helps is Excedrin so I've been taking it around the clock for 3 days straight and I think this is why I'm feeling so anxious from the caffeine. I've tried every other medication out there and nothing works so I have no choice. Sometimes I tolerate it fine and other times in a mess. I'm ok right now but I'm not. I'm relaxed but I'm not... Like my mind is relaxed but my body isn't and that's making me super anxious. I'm not really sure how to explain it other than it being the most uncomfortable feeling ever and scared. I feel like no matter how hard I breathe in I can't take a deep breath and feels like there's a big lump in my throat. And I feel a bit shakey. Slightly nauseas too. I just feel so yucky and I just can't sleep because of it. This is an awful feeling right now. And when I feel this way I just get scared and freak out..I just can't help it. I hate feeling like I can't swallow or breathe and like something's in my throat.. it's so scary and uncomfortable!!!!!!!! ): it's making me sooo upset right now. It's too late for all of this.

The excedrin may have given you some acid reflux...apirin products can be very hard on the stomach...and that is likely causing the globus sensation. (lump in the throat)

Make sure and eat when you take it, and this should help.
