I think inhave to at least call my doctor and see what he says.

This is by far the worst I've felt. I haven't felt this way in months. I cried all morning and had to take double my xanax dose just to be able to breathe. My husband is frustrated with me in a big way and today I can't blame him.

Now I'm still feeling foggy brain with racing thoughts, but I also feel like a zombie because of the extra xanax. I've been scared all morning.

Does anyone know of racing thoughts like this are a normal side effect from an increase?

Since we just talked thru this on facebook, I'm hoping you are feeling a bit better now.
