Feeling like everything's moving fast, on Zoloft.

Well, I'm 8 days into taking my Zoloft, upped my dose to 50mg two days ago. This morning I woke up and looked over at the TV and It looked like it was on fast forward ( which it wasn't ) my husband came over, he also seemed go be moving in fast forward, I'm not sure if it's a side effect of the medicine of if I was just THAT tired still? I've never had anything like that happen, I went back to sleep for about 3 hours, and it's fine now. Has anyone gone through this? Or know what it is?? It was definitely scary..

Thanks. It happened again when I was at the store, but this time I just felt like everything was weird looking to me.
