So for the millionth time, I am attempting to really get my physical body in check. I feel like once that happens, the mind will follow. I really don't like cardio-intense exercises, so I'm going to hone in on my muscle strengthening and toning. I bought a kettle bell and a yoga mat and will start by doing at least 15-30 minutes a day of that type of stuff and try to incorporate some light cardio (walking, hiking, maybe jogging). I've done this for the past few days and although I am sore, I feel great.
Does anyone else notice that the more they exercise, the heart palps seem to go away?
