I'm sorry I wasn't up to talk too last night, I hope you are feeling better today. Yes the hormones do a job on us and adding anxiety to the mix it makes us feel like, "poop' lol. Try to watch a mindfulness video when you are feeling like this, I know it's hard to remember when in a panic mode to do our coping skills, but if you practice your coping tools daily they will be habit and easier to remember when it really needed.
