Anxiety can happen to just about anyone who goes through allot of problems. Anxiety is like a mountain that slides off. Anxiety could last for minutes, it is like a waiting time process. What causes anxiety a number of things could spark an anxiety attack. For example an abusive relationship outburst, yelling, fighting, anger, even bad thoughts and depression. When anxiety takes place learn to calm down and wait for the anxiety to go. After it leaves your body, stay calm and do things that make you calm and feeling good, stay away from any trouble that may make the anxiety to come back. One medication for anxiety is Lorazepam 5mg it is good at bedtime or when needed. It is important to understand what causes your anxiety and to make changes in your life. If you get help and treatment for anxiety you are on your way to recover. With time the body will heal on its own by you caring for yourself.
