I'm sorry you are experiencing derealization, normally it is due to a over active amount of anxiety and stress. You need to work on getting your anxiety down, I know that isn't easy as I am here too for anxiety issues like the rest of us, but it is what will help the most. Please understand as uncomfortable that it is to live with derealization/depersonalization it will not hurt you, it is unpleasant I know. I lived with it for over a year, it feels like you are living in a dream world. I wish I knew what got me out of it, but I don't as it was a few years ago. Know you are not alone, many of your members are dealing with this same issue currently.
I'm sorry I don't remember if you are in therapy at this time or not, or on medication?
