after having a drs appointment and weighing all the pros and cons, I've decided to go back on 25mg Zoloft, I didn't realize how good I was feeling until I stopped the Zoloft.. I hadn't felt that good in months, the side effects I wasn't a fan of, but i'm trying it again before going on anything else.

Wishing you best of luck with it and the Zoloft helped me so much I stoll get anxiety but not nearly what it was like before , I think I might need to be on it for life :( but honestly I really do wonder if we have a chemical imbalance , anyway keep us updated !

Hang in there!! I know the side effects stink, but I've had to hang on too and I think it's helping!

they do stink!!! I was on it for two weeks, got on 50mg, and that was horrible, went down to the 25mg and could barely sleep, but the more my dr and I talked about it, the more I realized the side effects didn't out weigh how well the medicine was working.

Try listening to some meditations at bedtime. I have to take Ambien to sleep, but even that doesn't help sometimes so there are a few meditations that I posted awhile back that I do and they really help me fall asleep.

You could also try a little Melatonin. I take that as well. 30 min before bed and it just helps me relax.

I'll look for those meditations I posted and try to bump the thread. The one I love is called Breath Awareness!
