Park is spot on in that everyone has varying levels of energy, motivation, mood...ect.
...and more, anxiety can really take it out of us! Think of the amount of energy it takes to manage our anxiety, and go throught the physical drain of the flight vs. fight, which is the equivilent of running a marathon it seems!
Trying to keep your focus on the times when you did feel good...and looking towards more of those times is pretty key.
Like attracks like...so staying positive is the surest way of bringing back that good feeling once again.:)
