Had a bad day yesterday with my anxiety, panic attacks every 10 minutes or so, lasting 2 to 5 minutes each from 1 pm til 11pm or so. Worst day yet! I've been extremely overwhelmed and my schedule has been SO off! Fell asleep last night still feeling pretty anxious and worried. Woke up this morning feeling as though I was going to have a panic attack, coping skills didn't work at all after trying them for a long time, I just couldn't seem to calm down at all... took my medicine, relaxed me slightly after a while. I'm so achy today, I'm sure it's from being so tense yesterday.
Do any of you ever get that way?
It's so uncomfortable for me, I just don't like feeling thay way right before bed and as soon as I get up, sets the day up to be bad for me.
