son sick ugh

My son threw up last sunday morning. Fine rest of day. Leaving for work monday, gets diarrhea. Goes to dads for 3 days is fine except for diarrhea once he said. This morning wakes up and has lots of diarrhea and throws up. Ugh! He just woke up and feels fine. No fever ever. Ok what is going on?! The dr wont know im sure.

I took him to a naturopath a month ago. Hes been taking hi dose of probiotics for allergies and candida dr thinks. Also ot gse (grapefood seed extract) which is a antifungal. when he started the GSE he got diarrhea and a stomach ache when he was taking it twice a day. So the doctor told us to stop everything for 3 days and then give it to him once a day but I never remember and it seems like when he does get it he gets diarrhea again so I don't want to give it to him anymore. The last time he had it was Thursday at his dads. I will have a hard time thinking that these things are making his stomach thats sick.

there is something called Candida die off which causes toxins to release in your body when you are killing it and can cause symptoms in some people like headache and stomach upset But I would think that that would be over by now.

does anybody have any knowledge on the subject? I have a call into the naturopath but I've already spent like 400 dollars he is so expensive.a 20 minute phone call cost me 72 dollars

Thanks! He also just started going to summer camp and hs dads 3 days a week. Wonder if stress could do this? He wants to go to dads he says. But never went for more than a nite before on a reg. Basis. His dad just moved too 45 min. From us. He does get belly aches before school starts every yr bt i just started new job. Gotta figure out!

some that my naturopath who is also a pharmacist has made for him. they might be.

he is 9 and i had a stool test sent in for him w/ results to dr. his was only minor candida i think he said but thinks he has leaky gut also

my mom seems to think you can never give too much probiotic but i think so too. i accidentally gave it to him on friday night and sat morning too cause i forgot i already gave to him friday night.

when i started the gse twice a day he had stomache ache and wouldn't eat. i just don't think i believe in feeling sick to get better. not with a child and having to work.

Prayers for little guy!

I wouldn't be suprised if some of this issue was emotional.

Even though I loved my dad, and visiting his side of the family...I would still feel very stressed and unsettled while away from home.

I couldn't express this, and didn't even consciously recognize the fact until I was older.

I wonder if keeping him home for a stint as an 'experiement' would be enlightening?
