Why oh whyyyy does zoloft make things worse before they get better!? I had 3 palpitations in a row saturday as most of you know that read my post, panicked, Googled it, and now I just can't stop thinking about it and worrying ALL OVER AGAIN, that something is wrong with my heart, even though on April 20th, I had an echocardiogram and a 24 hour Holter monitor and both came back good... i was feeling good all last week, overwhelmed but good most of the time, and then this! Anxiety/darn near panic 24/7 the last 3 days! I constantly feel shaky and nauseous.. coping skills are useless at this point, my chest I'd achy, back is achy.. i feel like a total mess....

I'm sorry this is still bothering you, have your tried to do something to get your mind off them? Like cleaning, crafts, coloring, going for a walk, or anything?

Have you checked out the self help links for pvc's in the resources? There are two links there.

Check out Scaredy Cat's most recent post about coping mechanisms. There was one that said "How likely is this to happen on a scale of 1-10, anything less than a nine is probably not going to happen and a 9 and above means that it could happen, but still we can't diagnose ourselves-- we have to see a professional. Sometimes this puts things into perspective!!

I didn't look at the links, I've tried reading, sewing, watching tv, playing with my kids, walking to my moms. I'm fine while doing it the second I stop, it all comes flooding back. I've written in my journal, made a board on pinterest, that helped a little. Not feeling well because of the side effects of the medicine I'm sure aren't helping..

I've been to the cardiologist, echocardiogram and holter monitor both came back good, doctor says I'm fine. It's just my anxiety, and it's not that I don't trust the drs, I do 100%. I just find the anxiety to be so overwhelming... I've only had it 3 months, it still all feels so new.
