Do you take any medication for your anxiety? Do you go to any kind of therapy? Both can help people deal with anxiety better, especially the therapy. We recommend CBT or Mindfulness therapies as both have high results in teaching people better ways to deal with anxiety.
I'm sorry your partner is gone for a few days, I don't like to be alone either. Do you have any coping skills to get you thru this time? Any hobbies that you can do to take your mind off being alone? Do you have any other friends that you can go visit or maybe they can come visit you?
I know I asked alot of questions, sorry. I can help you alittle better if I know the answers though.
