Bad panic attack

I just can't calm down. I was bad last night. I fell asleep and then woke up hungry. Ate some granola and my stomach got upset. So today I was really gassy I suppose. I keep thinking I picked up a bug from being out of town. I'm sure logically im fine. I needed to go to the store. So I took an ativan so I wouldbe able to go. Well. It made me feel funny. Now I'm back to laying down scared I'm sick. And im still in panic mode. Every one tells me I need to eat. But I can't eat when I'm like this. It sucks. I'm so scared that the ativan messed up my stomach. Or that I got a stomach bug. Or got food poisoning. I feel like I'm going crazy with anxiety.

I'm Trying to eat crackers and it's making me panic more. But I thought it might shut my stomach up
