it's monday and as usual i am stressed. these are the things that worry me: 1) whether the new shower curtain will fall down. 2) whether the hot water heater will stop giving hot water. 3) that there might be a raccoon or an opposum when i take the dogs out in the morning. 4) a report i have to work on at work. 5) various worries about my clothes and my car. 6) i have to go to Walgreens after work to pick up my clonozepam prescription. i hope they have it.

i am trying to pray this morning.

One step, one breath at a time and relax! A few of those items on your list are not worth the energy to get all worked up. In the grand scale of life, if the shower curtain falls down, life will go on! I hope you have a nice day!☀️
