Probably you are anxious breathing without even being aware of it. This can happen when stressed...even at a low level.
The thoratic muscles get fatigued and tight/sore as a result.
Do your breathing and relaxation muscles for relief, especially if you've dropped off from doing them everyday.
This will keep you trained in breathing properly to avoid this issue.:)
