Spicy taste on lips ?

Ok this is weird. Im in florida having a great time. But put peppermint lip balm on after coming in and lips are burning now. Ugh. Like pepper
Have my one hive i get on face too. Cant figure out, 😬all i had was corona w lime and chinese food not spicy.i

Maybe you got a bit of sunburn on your lips? Florida is definitely different sun than Oklahoma.

Hi HN

Yes I agree with the above could be due to sun exposure but I know that I have used peppermint lip balm in the past and it did cause my lips to sting but quickly passed.

With regards to hives it could be a number of things including anxiety take an antihistamine which should help with the itching and clear the hive quicker.
