Full anxiety

Good morning... here I am with another day full of anxiety, and I want it to share with you... yesterday I posted how my period affected me so much...and now I realized its definitely that..I mean every month it happens during the same week...what if Im sick, what if Im not going to be able to continue my rhytim of life.. etc... cant wait for this week to be over..

Sometimes just identifying the source of the anxiety is helpful...at least for me. If I have an idea of why I am feelig anxious...it's easier for me to deal with.

...so while not anticipating the anxiety of course...but at least being aware that it is coming up, this could help you be prepared.

...and doing the suggested things suggested in your previous post could equip you with the tools to stand up to the monthly stress.:)
