Hi Stressfree, Sorry you having these symptoms with anxiety, but yes anxiety can really make you feel all those that you are feeling. There are hundreds of symptoms that anxiety can cause, it really can make us go mad that is why coping skills are so important.
When away from home, practice a breathing technique you can do that anywhere. In thru you nose to the count of 3, hold for 4 then out thru the mouth to a count of 5. Repeat over and over for a couple minutes. Also tell yourself a positive mantra, Like "this is just anxiety making me feel this way, it will not hurt me" or think of one of your own and tell yourself that over and over.
Have you checked out the resources yet? If not please do, you'll find all kinds of coping skills there, some will work for you and others might not, but I'm sure you'll find something that does.
One of my personal favorites is watching mindfulness videos on youtube. Just go to youtube and search for mindfulness for anxiety and you'll get tons. If you would like I could post a couple of my favorites, just let me know.
