Hi Cln,
Melodee is right, you don't know what hardships people are living with by looking at them, Maybe that person has anxiety, or maybe cancer, or some illness that will result in a early death, maybe they live in a domestic violent household, or were abused as a child. You just never know what a person has lived thru or is living with. Try not to compare yourself to others, I know it is hard cause they look normal, but you probably look normal on the outside to them. :)
As far as your health anxiety goes, have you checked out the work sheets in the resources for health anxiety, if not I highly recommend you do as I think they will help you. Tell yourself a positive mantra every time you are thinking you are sick, something like. "this is just anxiety, I am not really sick, I will not continue to think like this just cause of anxiety" and then think of something positive. Think of your daughter or better yet go play with her, (i'm not sure how old she is) or go do something with her like go to the park, or maybe the mall if she is old enough for that. :)
Keep on fighting, you are doing awesome!
