I'm in the same boat, although I don't work 2 jobs, my one job is very stressful. Add family problems to it and it's not good. I also have the neck, back and shoulder tension and insomnia. I'm trying to keep up with my exercising, meditation, yoga, etc. to deal with it. My psych just added Buspar to my Zoloft a week ago so trying to see if that will help.
Continue to keep busy and distract yourself and try to get yourself calmed down over the physical symptoms, I know it can be difficult. Focus on the nice break you'll hopefully have from work when you go on vacation.
