Goose bump fear, ridiculous

Okay, I'm kinda nervous this morning because I'm finally seeing an ent about my sinus issues, and my anxiety is higher than normal. I was making coffee and noticed my one arm was tingly and had goose bumps. I thought that was weird, why only one arm? So I google ' goose bumps one arm' , and come up with a seizure symptom and brain problems. OMG, now I'm really scared and having trouble getting ready for my ent appointment.

Oh, Deborah. No googling! Go see your doctor, and let him/her help you decide what symptoms are of concern or are not.

I'm sorry you are feeling uneasy. Try some deep breathing, and see if you can calm yourself some before the appt.

Oh Deb, You know better then to google. Dr google is never right! I hope you used your coping skills and got thru it, good luck at the doctors let us know what he says.

I have gotten this on one thigh as a transient symptom for years...literally, like 5 or more years...

...so if it is a seizure (or a brain problem)...it is the longest one in history!!

Go ahead and run it by your doctor if it will make you feel better...but I really think it is just another anxiety 'blessing' ;/

I get, this too. I agree with SC in that it's just another one of those weird sensations that we can't put our finger on and we can chalk it up to good ol' anxiety. Let us know how your appointment goes!

So you guys do get goose bumps on just one side like arm or leg?

Yes, on my left thigh. Comes and goes and have had it for years. It has not progressed or gotten worse. It will last a few days, and then just dissapear again.
