Hi BB and welcome!
I am sorry to hear of your loss, and the subsequent anxiety and physical symptoms it has brought on.:( It is easy to see how such a tragic event could be a trigger, and know your reaction is not an unusual on to have!
Globus was my very first symtpom...even before I knew I had an anxiety issue! It is very uncomfortable to say the least.
What in terms of anxiety management have you tried thus far?
I am wondering if focusing your attention on treatment of the anxiety...rather than undergoing more medical tests (that have proven clear in the past) might be a good use of your resources and energy?
Would you be interested in trying some self help for health anxiety? This is an effective way of getting relief and goes along very well with therapy...which is also an important part of feeling your best and gaining freedom from your worries.
Here are some links to get you started. There is also a ton of great stress reducing exercises in our Resources at the top of the main page. They are effective if practiced daily!
