when anxious, it is because we focus on something intently. or the thought process or situation arises and bam we get anxiety. don't focus as intently, please, don't own your anxiety. change from (my) to live with, etc. coping skills, meditation, breathing practices-mindfulness are all excellent. welcome, i am not around much, but i seen your title with the words my anxiety attached. had to respond. take care.
