Your rational mind knows that your chest pain is from tight muscles and anxiety...you mentioned this yourself in your post...
...now you just need your anxious brain to take a backseat to rational brain! :)
Use your positive mantras, repeat:
"I am okay...this is just anxiety causing these feelings."
Keep this on a loop in your thoughts...and the rational will take over...promise.:)
