I cannot get it to stop! Advice anyone? Plus it stresses me that something is wrong of course.

This is a pretty common physical symptom of anxiety....and if you were to do a 'Search' here.on the subject. ..you would find plenty of other threads similar to yours.:)
One good way to reduce physical symptoms is to reduce overall anxiety. Using coping skills is a great step...and our Resources are full of great ideas.
Have you had a chance to check.it out yet?
If not...get familiarized with it...and give some of the links a try!
I have also found that gentle massage of the twitching area helps to kind of disrupt the muscle activity.:)

As SC mentioned this is a common anxiety symptoms and if you use any copping skills you have to reduce your anxiety you should see this symptom go.

Hi Cgirl7' I used to get this all the time usually when I would get stressed out. It's just anxiety nothing to worry about

I had a twitchy eye for six weeks straight. It was the most annoying thing ever. Then it went away and never has returned.
