Hi.

My sister goes off on these business trips and leaves me in charge of the house. Something always goes wrong. This time it is the lawn sprinkler system. It just won't come on. The control panel is dead.

I am going to ask the lawn man to look at it when he comes today. If he cannot fix it I will have to call a repairman. I just dread doing that.

I am sitting here all alone day, feeling sick to my stomach and obsessing like mad.

I did just realize I had not taken my morning meds (cymbalta and clonazepam) so I've just done that.

It is hot outside and I just don't want to get in the car. Plus I need to be here when the lawn man is here, because he is chopping down a tree.

Hopefully you are starting to feel better since taking your meds... I am sure this will make a huge difference soon.:)

Stay positive that the garden can fix the system. Good chance he can, as he works with them on a regular basis I am sure!

Keep running positive mantras through your mind when you are holding down the fort. You have done this before. ..and you can do it successfully again!

We are stronger and more capable than we think...have faith in your abilities. :)

Things can be difficult when some of your support is not there but stay positive and tell yourself you can do it.

I am doing much better today. The lawn man fixed the sprinkler, so I don't have that to worry about anymore.
